Membership Information
Grant Application
The business and
property is managed and controlled by a Board of Directors, who are
elected or appointed for varying terms of one to three years. No less
than three (3) nor more than eleven (11) directors are elected at the
annual meeting; one (1) director is appointed by the president of the OK
Jaycees to serve a three- (3) year term and one (1) director is from the
OK Jaycees Governor's Club. This director is the administrator of the
OK Jaycees Governor's Club Scholarship fund and is appointed for one (1)
year. The Chairman of the Board of the OK Jaycees shall also serve as
one director.
The Officers of the
Foundation include (but not limited to) the President, Vice President,
Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary, Assistant Treasurer, Chairman
of the Board and the Directors.
